Notes:
1. Store leftovers in fridge - will keep for ~3 weeks 2. I recommend using high quality chocolate over chocolate chips - it melts more evenly!

Ingredients:
- 10 ounces - Dark or Milk Chocolate in pieces
- 12 ounces - White Chocolate in pieces
- 3 - Candy Canes add more if you want it extra minty
Directions:
1. Put wax paper on a large cookie sheet
2. Melt dark/milk chocolate and spread over cookie sheet -- let harden completely
3. Melt white chocolate and pour and spread evenly over previous layer
4. Chop/smash candy canes (either in a food processor or in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin or hammer - get those 2020 frustrations out!)
5. Sprinkle candy cane pieces over chocolate and refrigerate/freeze until chocolate is hardened
6. Remove from fridge, peel off wax paper, and either break up the chocolate into pieces, or wait 15-20 minutes for it to soften if you'd like to cut it into even squares
