Directions:
Too Easy To Believe It Onion Dip:
In a mixing bowl combine onion cream cheese spread, vegetable cream cheese spread, and chopped vegetables. Let chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to develop. Serve cold with crackers or vegetables.
Harvest Pumpkin Dip:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat well until combined. Chill at least 8 hours. Before serving, allow to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Serve with gingersnaps, apple or pear slices.
(If you use apple or pear slices, be sure to drizzle them with lemon juice so they don't turn brown or pre-soak them in Sprite/7-Up).
For Beautiful Appetizer/Dessert Display Layout:
Place a vase on a platter. Cover platter with green lettuce leaves. Fill vase with grapes (cleaned, plucked from stem). Cover grapes with a couple more leaves of lettuce, and place desired dip on top of lettuce leaves. Place crackers, fruit or cookies around the base of the vase on the lettuce.
