Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - oats
  2. 1/2 cups - milk (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  3. 1 tablespoons - chia seeds
  4. 1 tablespoons - flaxseed meal
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. - dash of salt
  7. 3 - to 4 strawberries mashed*
  8. 1 tablespoons - honey more or less, to taste
  9. 1/2 cups - yogurt (strawberry yogurt recommended)
  10. - additional strawberries for topping

Directions:

In a mason jar or Tupperware container, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine. Refrigerate overnight

In the morning stir well and top with additional chopped strawberries.

*For the mashed strawberries, just cut them up into chunks and then mash them with the back of a fork to get the juices and flavor into the oats.
