Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cups - honey
  2. 1/2 cups - peanut butter
  3. 1/2 cups - mini chocolate chips
  4. 1/2 cups - ground flaxseed
  5. 1 cups - oats
  6. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. 1 cups - coconut flakes

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flaxseed, oats and vanilla until well-blended.

Pour coconut flakes in a small bowl.

Shape honey mixture into balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and roll in coconut flakes.

Chill until firm. Serve.
