Number of Servings:

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  2. 1/3 cups - Skim Milk
  3. 1/4 cups - Low Fat Greek Yogurt
  4. 1 teaspoons - Chia Seeds

Directions:

In an 8oz mason Jar add all ingredients.
Top off with your favorite fruit combination.
Place on lid, shake well, leave in fridge overnight.
