Clean Eating Homemade Popcorn

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - coconut oil
  2. 1/4 cups - popcorn kernels
  3. 1 tablespoons - nutritional yeast
  4. 1 tablespoons - tamari

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a deep, wide sauté pan.

2. Add popcorn and cover.

3. Hold pot with potholders and shake every few seconds until kernels have popped.

4. Remove lid, add tamari and nutritional yeast, mix and transfer to serving bowl.

P.S. Mix with some cinnamon or dark chocolate cacao morsels and you have a yummy treat for your next movie night!
