Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ounces - vegetable or chives cream cheese
  2. 2 tablespoons - grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 - pizza crust (10.6 oz.)
  4. 4 - large eggs
  5. - salt and pepper
  6. 3 slices - cooked bacon chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix together the cream cheese and parmesan cheese until well blended and smooth.

Spread over the pizza crust, leaving a slight lip at the edges.

Carefully crack the eggs onto the crust and season with salt and pepper; bake in pre-heated oven for 5 minutes.

Scatter chopped bacon on top and cook for 6 to 8 minutes longer until eggs are set.

Sprinkle with chopped chives, if desired, before serving.
