Ingredients:

  1. 1 - small green apple cored, sliced into 6 pieces
  2. - lemon juice for brushing on apple slices
  3. 2 tablespoons - peanut or almond butter
  4. 2 tablespoons - raisins

Directions:

Brush the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Divide the peanut or almond butter and raisins among three of the apple slices, and then sandwich together with the three remaining slices.
