Ingredients:

  1. 4 tablespoons - butter
  2. 1/2 cups - flour
  3. 2 cups - milk
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - dry mustard
  7. 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  8. 2 cups - sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Melt butter over low heat in 2 qt saucepan. Blend and then stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Continue stirring until thickened. Add cheese--while stirring. Melt cheese into the sauce. Serve over toast with bacon, tomato and asparagus.
