Notes:
We typically use a commercial size coffee pot, pouring the saucepan ingredients over the built-in filter (cloves and cinnamon sticks then stay in the filter, while liquid pours into the pot), and then pour the various juices into the coffee pot. The wassail then brews together, providing a great mix of flavors.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1/2 cups - water
- 12 whole - cloves
- 2 sticks - cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1 1/2 quarts - orange juice
- 2 cups - grapefruit juice
- 1 quarts - apple cider
- 2 cups - pineapple juice
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix sugar, water, baking soda, cloves and cinnamon, allowing them to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the various juices, and serve hot.
