Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - spice cake mix
  2. 15 ounces - canned pumpkin
  3. 1/2 cups - unsweetened applesauce
  4. 2 - egg whites

Directions:

Beat all ingredients together until light and fluffy.

Pour into paper lined cupcake tins.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
