Paleo Coconut Crepes

  1. 8 whole - Egg whites
  2. 6 tablespoons - Almond milk
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  4. 4 tablespoons - Coconut Flour
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Baking powder
  6. 2 pinchs - Salt (optional)


1. Beat eggs, almond milk, and vanilla together. Add other ingredients, beat until no lumps remain.
2. Pour in to greased and preheated pan, tilting the pan to ensure the batter spreads to the edges.
3. Cook over medium heat until browned, about 2 minutes per side.
4. Best served with fruit and whipped topping.
