Mexican Shredded Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 kilograms - Chicken Thigh Remove skin leave bone
  2. 2 whole - Limes Zest and juiced
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  4. 2 teaspoons - chilli powder
  5. 2 teaspoons - cumin
  6. 2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  7. 2 teaspoons - ground corriander
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - cayanne
  9. 3 tablespoons - Vegetable oil

Directions:

combine all but chicken and mix well.
Coat Chicken and let marinade 2-24 hours
saute chicken on boths sides untill fully cooked
allow to cool and shread
