Ingredients:
- 1 kilograms - Chicken Thigh Remove skin leave bone
- 2 whole - Limes Zest and juiced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 2 teaspoons - chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons - cumin
- 2 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons - ground corriander
- 1/2 teaspoons - cayanne
- 3 tablespoons - Vegetable oil
Directions:
combine all but chicken and mix well.
Coat Chicken and let marinade 2-24 hours
saute chicken on boths sides untill fully cooked
allow to cool and shread
