Ingredients:

  1. - a few tablespoons oil for cooking
  2. 1 - onion diced
  3. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  4. 2 - large cans crushed Italian tomatoes (Progresso blend)
  5. 1 - green pepper chopped
  6. 4 tablespoons - white vinegar
  7. 6 cans - green chilies chopped

Directions:

Saute onion and garlic in oil.

Add tomatoes, green peppers, vinegar and green chilies.
