Ingredients:
- 1 cans - 17 oz. apricot halves
- 1 cans - 19 oz. peach halves
- 1 cans - 14 oz. pineapple slices
- 1/2 cups - butter
- 3/4 cups - brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons - curry powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Must Do: Drain fruit in colander overnight.
Melt butter and brown sugar with curry in a flat baking dish. Add fruit and coat each piece with butter mixture.
Bake in covered dish for 1 hour. Serve hot.
