Notes:
I enjoy making these for football parties and cookouts. Easy to make and everyone devours them. Best part with jalapenos is, you never know which ones are going to be spicy!

Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground sausage (I like to use spicy)
- 1 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 cups - shredded cheese
- 1 pounds - fresh jalapenos halved lengthwise and seeded
- 1 packages - bacon
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until brown. Drain the grease.
In a bowl, mix t he cooked sausage, cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Fill all the halved jalapenos with the sausage mixture, about 1 tablespoon each. Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half with bacon (use 1 to 2 strips of bacon per jalapeno).
Arrange stuffed, wrapped jalapenos in baking dish and bake for 25 to 35 minutes until bacon is cooked. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
