Ingredients:
- 1 - large scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 4 ounces - pineapple juice
- 2 cups - frozen pineapple
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a kitchen blender and blend until smooth.
If you want to serve it in a swirl shape, pour the mixture into a decorator's piping bag and distribute mixture in a swirl pattern in your favorite bowl or glass.
