Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - Cream Cheese
  2. 8 1/2 ounces - Crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
  3. 1 cups - chopped Pecans
  4. 1/4 cups - finely chopped green pepper
  5. 16 ounces - Cream Cheese
  6. 8 1/2 ounces - Crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
  7. 1 cups - chopped Pecans
  8. 1/4 cups - finely chopped green pepper

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, 1 c. pecans, green pepper, onion & seasoned salt. Mix well.
Chill for 1 hour.
Shape into ball and cover with remaining Pecans
