Ingredients:
- 1 cups - Water
- 1/4 cups - Vegtable oil
- 1 - Egg
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 cups - Yellow cornmeal
- 2 cups - Bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Yeast
Directions:
Put all ingredients in bread pan as listed. This is Curtis' favorite bread machine recipe. For something different, try blue cornmeal, it can be found in health food stores.
