Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons - flour
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
- 2 pounds - beef chuck cubed
- 3 tablespoons - canola oil
- 1 pounds - potatoes cubed
- 2 tablespoons - Balsamic vinegar
- 1 - red onion sliced
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 cups - red wine
- 2 cups - beef broth
- 3 - large carrots peeled and cut
- 3 tablespoons - flour
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
- 2 pounds - beef chuck cubed
- 3 tablespoons - canola oil
- 1 pounds - potatoes cubed
- 2 tablespoons - Balsamic vinegar
- 1 - red onion sliced
- 2 - bay leaves
- 1 cups - red wine
- 2 cups - beef broth
- 3 - large carrots peeled and cut
Directions:
In plastic bag, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add beef, seal bag, and shake to coat beef. Brown beef in frying pan over medium-high heat, cooking in oil. Transfer meat to plate.
Add onions to pan and saute until golden. Stir in bay leaves, wine, and broth. Return meat and bring to simmer. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
