Baked Cheese Fondue (Queso Fundido)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - chorizo (or hot Italian) sausage chopped
  2. 3 cups - grated Monterey Jack cheese
  3. 1/2 cups - dry white wine
  4. 8 - corn tortillas
  5. - cilantro sprigs for garnish, serving

Directions:

Brown sausage; add cheese over low heat.

Stir in white wine.

Spoon mixture into tortillas and garnish with cilantro.
