Ingredients:
- 1 - chorizo (or hot Italian) sausage chopped
- 3 cups - grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cups - dry white wine
- 8 - corn tortillas
- - cilantro sprigs for garnish, serving
Directions:
Brown sausage; add cheese over low heat.
Stir in white wine.
Spoon mixture into tortillas and garnish with cilantro.
