Autumn Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  1. 6 ounces - cream cheese
  2. 1/4 pounds - Swiss cheese shredded
  3. 1 pounds - cheddar cheese shredded
  4. 1 cups - butter
  5. 6 - anchovies finely chopped
  6. 1 - medium onion finely chopped
  7. 2 tablespoons - mustard
  8. 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  9. 1 tablespoons - brandy
  10. 2 teaspoons - capers
  11. 1 teaspoons - salt
  12. 1 teaspoons - caraway seeds
  13. - paprika
  14. - assorted crackers and crisp raw vegetables for dipping or serving with

Directions:

Mix the cheeses with butter until smooth.

Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into round ball or pumpkin.

Serve with assorted crackers and crisp raw vegetables.
