Ingredients:
- 6 ounces - cream cheese
- 1/4 pounds - Swiss cheese shredded
- 1 pounds - cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cups - butter
- 6 - anchovies finely chopped
- 1 - medium onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons - mustard
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoons - brandy
- 2 teaspoons - capers
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - caraway seeds
- - paprika
- - assorted crackers and crisp raw vegetables for dipping or serving with
Directions:
Mix the cheeses with butter until smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into round ball or pumpkin.
Serve with assorted crackers and crisp raw vegetables.
