Ingredients:
- 1 containers - Pillsbury crescent rolls OR Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix
- 1 containers - Cream Cheese 8 oz, softened
- 2 tablespoons - Milk
- 1 containers - Ranch Mix
- 2 tablespoons - Confectioners Sugar
- 1/2 cups - Chopped veggies OR sliced fresh fruit
- 1 containers - Apricot glaze optional for sweet version
- 1 containers - Pillsbury crescent rolls OR Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix
- 1 containers - Cream Cheese 8 oz, softened
- 2 tablespoons - Milk
- 1 containers - Ranch Mix
- 2 tablespoons - Confectioners Sugar
- 1/2 cups - Chopped veggies OR sliced fresh fruit
- 1 containers - Apricot glaze optional for sweet version
Directions:
Crust: use 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls or Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix. Bake at 375° for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Veggie filling: 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix, 2 tablespoons milk.
Sweet filling: soften 8 ounces of cream cheese and add 2 T. of confectioners sugar.
Veggie topping: 1/2 cup each chopped fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green pepper, sweet red pepper and mushrooms.
Sweet topping: sliced fresh fruit and apricot glaze.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
