Ingredients:

  • 1 pounds - Italian sausage
  • 5 slices - bacon
  • 1 bunches - Kale
  • 3/4 cups - Heavy cream
  • 5 cloves - garlic
  • 2 stalks - Cauliflower
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
  • 1 - Onion
  • - Shredded Parmesean
  • 6 cups - Chicken bone broth
  • Directions:

    Cut up bacon in small pieces and brown. Add sausage to pot and brown. Remove and set aside - leave liquid in pot.

    Dice onion and add to pot. Cook 3-5 minutes.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes more.
    Add bone broth and chopped cauliflower. Cook about 25 minutes (simmer on medium)
    Add chopped kale and cook about 5 minutes until wilted.
    Put meat back in and add heavy cream. Cook another 5 minutes.
    Serve topped with parmesean.
