  • 1 tablespoons - Olive oil
  • 1 pounds - Shrimp, Peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Crushed red pepper
  • 1 cloves - Garlic, Pressed
  • 1 whole - Large lemon, Juiced & zested
  • 2 whole - Zucchini, Slice & quartered
  • 1 pints - Zoes Pasta Salad
  • Directions:

    1. Heat olive oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, salt, red pepper, garlic and lemon juice and zest and cook for about 5 minutes.
    2. Add zucchini and continue to cook for 3-4 minutest until shrimp is pink and plump.
    3. Add pasta salad and warm through.
