Yogurt-and-Ginger Snap-Coated Pears Tell a Friend

  • 1 cups - Low-fat vanilla-flavored yogurt
  • 2 whole - Large pears, Sliced
  • 1 cups - Ginger snaps, Crumbled
  • Directions:

    1. Place yogurt and pears in a gallon-size zipper bag. Toss until well coated.
    2. Place crumbled ginger snaps in a shallow bowl or pie pan. Add a few pear slices at a time and toss until well coated.
    3. Place coated pear slices on a lined baking sheet and freeze 1 hour or until ready to use.
