Ingredients:

Yellow Curry Paste
  • 4 cloves - Garlic, Crushed
  • 2 teaspoons - Ginger, Grated
  • 2 whole - Thai Chili Peppers, Diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 tablespoons - Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoons - Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoons - Coriander
  • 1 tablespoons - Lemongrass Paste
  • Directions:

    Yellow Curry Paste:
    1. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
    2. Process ingredients for 2-4 minutes, or until ingredients become a thick paste.
