  • 1/2 cups - butter, melted
  • 1 cans - beef consomme, 10 oz.
  • 1 cans - onion soup, 10 oz.
  • 1 cans - water chestnuts, 8 oz.
  • 1 cans - sliced mushrooms, 8 oz.
  • 1 boxes - long grain and wild rice mix, 6 oz.
  • Directions:

    In a large bowl combine butter, consomme and onion soup.

    Stir in water chestnuts, mushrooms, rice and seasoning packet.

    Place in 2-quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until all liquid is absorbed.
