Wendy’s Fudge Truffle Cheesecake Tell a Friend

  • - Chocolate Crumb Crust
  • 3 - (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups - semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust. In large mixer bow, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set.

    WENDY's TRICK: Turn oven off, crack oven door, insert wooden spoon between oven and oven door so it remains cracked open. Leave in oven for a couple of hours until room temperature.

    Chill, garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Freezes good for up to a month if you want to make ahead for a holiday.

    Chocolate Crumb Crust: In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of chocolate graham crackers (or regular graham crackers and add cocoa powder). 1/3 cup of butter melted (Wendy uses less). Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
