Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons - sweet Asian chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  • 5 ounces - baby spinach
  • 2 cups - cubed watermelon
  • 3 slices - bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/8 cups - red onion, sliced
  • Directions:

    Whisk together the sweet Asian chili sauce, fresh lime juice and olive oil in large bowl.
    Add 1 pkg (5 oz) baby spinach, cubed watermelon, bacon, and red onion.
    Toss to combine.

    Brief Description

    Before cutting watermelon, wash and dry the rind to prevent any bacteria from traveling on your knife into the fruit.
