  • 4 cups - cubed watermelon
  • 6 tablespoons - honey
  • 1 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons - finely grated fresh ginger
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth.
    Transfer to shallow 1 1/2 qt dish, cover, and freeze overnight.
    Break up clumps with a fork until texture is grainy.
    Refreeze 20 minutes or until firm. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
