  • 2 cups - whipping cream
  • 2 - carrots, finely diced
  • 2 stalks - celery, finely diced
  • 1/3 cups - walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons - coarse salt
  • - freshly ground pepper
  • Directions:

    Boil cream; reduce to 1-1/2 cups.

    Add remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper, and boil for 2 minutes.

    Add salt and pepper and toss with favorite cooked pasta.
