  • 3 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves - Garlic, minced
  • 2 - Green Onions, chopped, Mostly the white onion
  • 2/3 cups - Vodka
  • 1 - 28 Oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoons - Salt and Pepper
  • 1 teaspoons - Onion Salt
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  • 1 cups - Heavy Cream
  • 6 - Basil Leaves, chopped
  • - Grated Parmesan
  • Directions:

    Add oil, onion and garlic in a skillet and cook on medium heat until onions are soft. Add vodka and simmer on medium-low heat for a few minutes so that the alcohol can cook out. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic powder and simmer for another 5-10 min. Stir in cream. Taste sauce and add more salt and pepper, if needed. Turn off heat. Serve over cooked pasta and garnish with basil and cheese.
