  • 16 ounces - Velveeta , cut up
  • 3 tablespoons - milk
  • 6 1/2 ounces - can of crabmeat, drained, flaked
  • 1/2 cups - green onion slices
  • 1/2 cups - red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cups - sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoons - red pepper (cayenne)
  • Directions:

    Mix velveeta, milk, crabmeat, onions, and bell peppers in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.

    Stir in sour cream and ground red pepper.

    Serve hot with snack crackers, tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables. Makes 2-1/2 cups or 20 servings of 2 Tbsp each.
