Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - red kidney beans, drained, 15.5 oz.
  • 1 cans - great northern beans, drained, 15 oz.
  • 1 cans - diced tomatoes, 15 oz.
  • 1 cans - tomato sauce, 8 oz.
  • 3/4 cups - chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoons - chili powder
  • 1 teaspoons - sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoons - dried basil
  • 2 cloves - garlic, minced
  • - hot cooked rice, for serving with
  • Directions:

    In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup water.

    Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Serve over hot cooked rice.
