Vegan Omleto Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cups - Chickpea flour, Finely ground
  • 1/4 cups - Water
  • 1 tablespoons - Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons - Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons - Chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons - Minced Dill
  • - Hot pepper sauce, Cholula or Tobasco...your choice
  • 2 teaspoons - Coconut or Olive oil
  • Directions:

    Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl, add water and stir well then add onion, herbs and spices. Stir again and let sit while heating a small fry pan (7") over medium heat with the oil. Mage sure the pan is well coated then pour batter into the pan and let cook about 4 minutes, bubbles should rise and pop when it's ready to be turned over. Turn and cook for another 4ish minutes. Serve with hot sauce of choice on top.
