Vanessa’s Holiday Peanut Butter Whiskey Balls Tell a Friend

  • 1 boxes - 11 oz. vanilla wafers
  • 1 cups - unsalted peanuts
  • 1 1/4 cups - powdered sugar, divided
  • 1/2 cups - peanut butter whiskey
  • 3 tablespoons - honey
  • 2 tablespoons - peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons - unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Directions:

    Process vanilla wafers in a food processor into fine crumbs, then transfer crumbs to a large bowl.

    Process peanuts in food processor until finely chopped; add to the wafer crumbs.

    Stir 1 cup powdered sugar, whiskey, honey, peanut butter, and salt into the crumb-peanut mixture. Form twenty 1 1/2-inch balls out of the mixture.

    Whisk together cocoa and remaining powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Roll each whiskey ball in cocoa mixture to lightly coat.

    Chill for at least 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
