Ingredients:

Cake
  • 1 packages - yellow cake mix
  • 1 packages - lemon flavor instant pudding
  • 1 cans - 16 oz. fruit cocktail, including syrup
  • 1 cups - coconut
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/4 cups - oil
  • 1/2 cups - brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups - chopped nuts
  • Glaze
  • 1/2 cups - margarine
  • 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 1/2 cups - evaporated milk
  • 1 1/3 cups - coconut
  • Directions:

    For Cake:

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, fruit cocktail, coconut, eggs and oil. Mix well.

    Pour into 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Combine brown sugar with chopped nuts and sprinkle over top.

    Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes. Let cool.

    For Glaze:

    In a saucepan bring margarine, sugar, and evaporated milk to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut.

    Cut cake into serving pieces and put on plates; pour glaze over.
