Twice Baked Potato Casserole Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 6 - medium potatoes, baked
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  • 1 pounds - bacon, cooked and drained
  • 3 cups - sour cream
  • 2 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 - green onions, chopped
  • Directions:

    Cut peeled potatoes into 1 inch cubes.

    Place half in greased 13-x-9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the salt, pepper and bacon.

    Top with half the sour cream and cheese. Repeat layers.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

    Sprinkle with onions before serving.

    VARIATION:
    Mix potatoes, salt and pepper and sour cream together first. Put half in pan, top with cheese, repeat layers and bake.
