Turkey Chili Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Olive Oil
  • 1 pounds - Ground Turkey
  • 1 - Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups - Unsalted Chicken Broth
  • 1 cans - 28 oz crushed tomatos
  • 1 cans - 16oz kidney beans, rinsed, drained, mashed
  • 1/2 cups - Carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cups - Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups - Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons - Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoons - Minced Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons - Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  • Directions:

    Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.
    Place turkey in pot cook until done; stir in onion, cook until tender
    Pour chicken broth in the pot, and mix in tomatoes, kidney beans, and garlic.
    Season with all spices; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Voila.

    Can be served over brown rice.
