  • 8 - Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons - Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups - Onion, finely minced
  • 3 whole - Cans Tuna Fish, 7 oz. cans
  • - Mayonnaise
  • - Parsley Sprigs
  • - Pimento Strips
  • - Capers
  • Directions:

    Beat together the cream cheese, chili sauce, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, choppped parsley, and onion. Drain the tuna and gradually add to cheese mixture, beating until well blended. Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
    Shape mixture into a pyramid and cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Place a row of parsley sprigs around the base. Make garlands from the pimento strips and capers.
