  • - cooked brown rice
  • 1 packages - tuna
  • 1 - diced tomato
  • 1/2 - diced cucumber
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Dice tomato and cucumber together into bowl. Add a little salt and pepper to draw out juices.

    Heat rice; add to tomato/cucumber bowl. Mix well.

    Add in tuna; mix well. Add salt and pepper, as desired.
