Tortilla Soup Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cups - onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons - minced garlic
  • 1 quarts - Knorr's chicken broth
  • 1 1/3 cups - tomatoes, diced
  • 2 teaspoons - fresh dill
  • 2 - chili peppers
  • 1/2 - ripe avocado, sliced, for garnish
  • 4 tablespoons - sour cream, for garnish
  • 1/4 cups - Monterey Jack cheese, for garnish
  • 4 - corn tortillas, for serving with
  • Directions:

    Saute garlic and onion in vegetable oil until onion is tender.

    Add chicken broth, tomatoes, and dill weed; cover and simmer 20 minutes.

    Cut up chili peppers (take seeds out); serve soup with desired garnishes.
