Ingredients:

  • 6 - flour tortillas, 10-inch
  • 1/2 pounds - ham or turkey, sliced
  • 1 tubs - garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups - spinach leaves, rinsed, dried, stems removed
  • Directions:

    To make the tortillas more pliable, warm in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Spread the cream cheese across each tortilla to the edges. Top with a layer of ham or turkey slices. Then place a layer of spinach leaves across all. Roll up the tortilla being careful to tuck in all ingredients as you roll. Chill for an hour. Then slice each tortilla into 5 pieces, and serve with salsa or dressing.

    Notes

    There are all kinds of fun option with these. Try adding some chopped olives, jalapenos, grated cheddar cheese, or green chilies to the cream cheese. Use combinations of ham and turkey or different varieties of each. Vary up the tortillas, too, by using wheat or veggie tortillas.
