Tortellini with Dill Pesto Tell a Friend

  • 1 cups - packed fresh parsley
  • 2/3 cups - fresh dill sprigs
  • 1/4 cups - dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 cloves - garlic
  • 3/4 cups - olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons - red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - fresh ground pepper
  • 12 ounces - frozen cheese tortellini
  • Directions:

    Puree parsley, dill, peanuts and garlic in processor.

    Pour olive oil and vinegar through feed tube. Add salt and pepper.

    Cook tortellini. Pour pesto sauce over and toss gently. Serve at room temperature.
