Tomato with Feta and Herbs Tell a Friend

  • 6 - large ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups - crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoons - salt, or to taste
  • 1 tubs - hearty mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons - olive oil
  • Directions:

    Whisk the salt, mustard, pepper, vinegar and oil together. Set aside. Slice the tomatoes thickly and place on a platter. Top with crumbled feta cheese. Spoon the dressing over the tomatoes.
