  • 1/4 cups - oil
  • 2 pounds - tilapia
  • - fresh parsley, to taste
  • - crushed red pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups - cherry tomato halves
  • 1 cups - Kalamata or black olives
  • 6 cloves - garlic, minced
  • Directions:

    Heat oil in a skillet; sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

    Add fish to skillet; saute. Add parsley, red pepper, tomatoes, olives and garlic.

    Saute until tomatoes soften. Season with salt and pepper.
