Ingredients:

  • - Absinthe, for rinse
  • 1 1/2 ounces - Montinore White Verjus
  • 3/4 ounces - Scotch Whisky
  • 1/4 ounces - Yellow Chartreuse
  • Directions:

    Rinse a snifter with absinthe. Stir remaining ingredients with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with orange peel.
