  • 1 bags - HEB Fajita Vegetables (16-oz.)
  • 1 bags - Frozen corn (16-oz.)
  • 1 bags - Frozen black-eyed peas (16-oz.)
  • 3 teaspoons - Texas Borracho Bean Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons - Cayenne powder
  • - Chips
  • Directions:

    1. In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, heat fajita vegetables 5 min. Chop heated vegetables.

    2. Place chopped vegetables back into mixing bowl and fold in corn and black-eyed peas.

    3. Add seasonings, stir and serve with chips.
