  • 1 1/2 cups - Soy Sauce
  • 1 cups - Water
  • 2/3 cups - Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 tablespoons - Honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Ginger, Ground
  • 2 teaspoons - Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic, Minced
  • 4 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons - Water, Cold
  • Directions:

    In a small saucepan, bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, ginger, olive oil, and garlic to a boil over medium heat. Let cook 1 minute.

    While it is cooking mix cornstarch and water in a small mixing bowl. Pour slurry into boiling sauce, whisking constantly until sauce is begins to thicken. Remove from heat.
